"Personal Injury Court" Lawyer Gary Martin Hays is co-creator and legal producer of a new half-hour TV show starting September 16, 2019 on television stations across the country, joining "Paternity Court" and "Couple's Court". Here in Georgia, you can watch weekdays from 4:00-5:00pm on CW Atlanta.
"Personal Injury Court" will feature Judge Gino Brogdon presiding over made-for-TV hearings, where litigants allege that defendant's hurt them through their careless actions. Judge Gino will use all available evidence to determine which party is at fault, including video, reenactments and witness testimony, before reaching a judgment.
"Personal Injury Court" producers are scouring court dockets to bring viewers only the most interesting and emotionally compelling cases and promise to have the biggest cash settlements of any other TV court show.
"Each year, there are over 12 million personal injury claims in the United States," said Personal Injury Court Attorney Gary Martin Hays. "We know this show will work for our audience."
"With the recent renewals of our popular syndicated court strips 'Paternity Court' and 'Couples Court,' and now the addition of 'Personal Injury Court,' we are doubling down on our commitment to bring high quality daytime programming to viewers," said Barry Poznick, MGM's president of unscripted television, in a recent interview in Variety.
Personal Injury Court, has been picked up by several CBS-owned stations, including WLNY New York, WPSG Philadelphia, WUPA Atlanta, WTOG Tampa, KSTW Seattle and KPIX/KBCW San Francisco, according to Broadcasting & Cable (B&C).
