Did you know that in the US, we average 374,000 home fires each year?
Sadly, approximately 2,600 people lose their lives in these fires.
Fire Alarms are a great tool to help protect your family in case of a fire emergency or from carbon monoxide poison.
The National Fire Protection Association suggests:
- Installing smoke alarms inside and outside of each bedroom and on every level of the home
- Replacing all smoke alarms every 10 years
- Testing smoke alarms at least once a month
And please be sure to have an escape plan in case of a fire!
