The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 19th, with $1.00 from every pint sold going to relief efforts through Samaritan's Purse. The flyer features a photo of a pint of beer, StillFire Brewing logo, and Gary Martin Hays of the Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C., who is sponsoring the event. 97.1 FM The River is also listed as a partner, with a live broadcast and meet and greet scheduled from 4:00-6:00 PM.

At Gary Martin Hays & Associates, we believe in the power of community and giving back to those in need. That's why we're excited to announce our partnership with StillFire Brewing and 97.1 The River to host a special fundraiser, Pints for a Purpose, to support relief efforts for those impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

These two devastating storms brought catastrophic damage to communities across the Southeast, leaving many without homes, power, or basic necessities. At least 33 deaths have been reported in Georgia alone, with many more across Florida, South Carolina, and beyond. Now, as recovery efforts continue, we are stepping up to make a difference—and you can help, too.

What is Pints for a Purpose?

Pints for a Purpose is a fundraising event taking place at StillFire Brewing in Suwanee, Georgia, on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 4-6 PM. For every pint sold, StillFire Brewing will donate $1 to Samaritan's Purse, a humanitarian organization that has been working tirelessly to provide disaster relief in the hardest-hit areas.

By attending the event, not only will you enjoy great beer and entertainment, but you'll also have the opportunity to directly support communities that are still struggling in the aftermath of these hurricanes.

Event Highlights:

  • Date: Saturday, October 19, 2024
  • Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Location: StillFire Brewing, 343 US-23, Suwanee, GA 30024
  • Special Offer: $1 from every pint sold will go directly to Samaritan's Purse
  • Live Broadcast: 97.1 The River's Kaedy Kiely will be on-site hosting a live broadcast, giving you the chance to win exciting prizes.
  • Football Fans: StillFire will be serving their special "Horn Dawg Pale Ale" in honor of UGA's big game that evening.
  • Support for a Great Cause: Samaritan's Purse is on the ground in disaster areas, delivering food, water, medical care, and hope to those in need.

How you can help

If you can't attend the event, you can still support the cause. Donations can be made directly to Samaritan's Purse through the Pints for a Purpose fundraiser page set up by our firm. Whether you donate $5 or $50, every contribution helps families begin the long process of recovery and rebuilding.

Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton have left deep scars on the communities they tore through. As homes and livelihoods were swept away, survivors are facing a difficult path forward. But with the help of compassionate people like you, these families won't have to face that journey alone.

Gary Martin Hays, the founder of our firm, expressed his commitment to making a difference: "These storms have taken so much from so many, but we have the opportunity to give back. Whether through donations or by showing up to offer support, every little bit counts. Together, we can help these communities start rebuilding their lives."

Join us on October 19 for Pints for a Purpose and be part of the effort to help those affected by these tragic hurricanes. Let's come together, enjoy a good time, and make a lasting impact.
