Terms of Submission
When you submit information to our law firm you are agreeing to the following:
"I understand that I am submitting a potential claim for review by the Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C. I also understand a representative of the firm will be contacting me (often no later than the next business day) to discuss the potential claim. I also understand that if I would like a more immediate response, I can call the office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to speak with a representative of the firm. The phone number is (770) 934-8000, and the call is free and completely confidential.
I also am aware and agree that there are various statutes of limitation which could affect my potential claim or completely bar it should I not act in a timely fashion. By submitting this email inquiry to the law firm, I understand that these statutes of limitation exist. I also understand the possibility exists that my statute of limitations could run before the law firm is able to respond to my inquiry. Even though I am aware of this possibility, and have been strongly urged to call the law firm rather than submitting this email inquiry regarding my particular claim, I am still choosing this slower method to submit my potential claim for evaluation.
I also understand that this email inquiry is not an agreement by the law firm to accept my potential case. In the event the law firm agrees to accept my claim and I agree to hire the law firm, I understand we shall enter into a contract of employment which will detail the terms of the firm's representation and my responsibilities."
