Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Diana is a native Spanish speaker. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. She also completed a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Business and Public Policy with a concentration in economics at Young Harris College in 2016, all while receiving a full scholarship as a member of the women’s NCAA Division II tennis team.
While in undergrad and her first two years of law school, Diana was a law clerk for an Atlanta attorney and worked on criminal and personal injury cases. During her second year in law school, Diana completed a semester-long legal internship working on immigration cases at the UGA Law’s Community Health Law Partnership Clinic. She then worked as a law clerk and associate attorney after her law school graduation and passed the bar for a prominent Atlanta insurance defense firm.
Within Diana’s first month in law school, however, her uncle suffered a devastating injury. He was struck head-on by a vehicle while riding his bicycle. Through the help of a caring and experienced personal injury attorney her family was able to get through such a life-changing event. This experience motivated Diana to continue to pursue her law degree and a career in the field of personal injury in order to serve others experiencing similar situations.
Diana and her husband live in Loganville, GA, where they enjoy dancing, traveling, trying different cuisines, and spending time with friends, family, and their fur children, which include a ferret named Swiper, a small yorkie named Luna, and their flock of chickens.
